genome-wide association studies (GWAS). For each single
nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), RAS quantifies the strength of
association within its surrounding genomic region, arranges
these regional scores along the chromosome into a signal
profile, and applies changepoint detection to locate
association regions, improving statistical power while
controlling the false positive rate. The method is described in
Jiang and Zhang (2025) &lt;doi:10.1073/pnas.2419721122&gt;.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/hepingzhangyale/actions/runs/36303557294</link><pubDate>Fri, 24 Jul 2026 14:11:30 GMT</pubDate><r:package>RAS</r:package><r:version>1.0.3</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://hepingzhangyale.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/hepingzhangyale/ras</r:upstream></item></channel></rss>
